Kevin J.N. Hughes has been involved in ministry and in pastoral ministry since being saved at the age of 19. He has been a Bible worker (assistant pastor) at a small urban church as well as the interim pastor of a rural church and of a home church. Kevin has also led a 15-day evangelistic seminar. He graduated from Liberty University and currently owns and operates a Christian bookstore in addition to his work for Freed Indeed. In his spare time, he spends time with his beloved wife Sheryle.

Kevin has a passion for the Bible, biblical theology, and most importantly, for Jesus Christ who is revealed therein. His passion is to lead people to a greater understanding of the gospel, and of the wonderful realities found in the Church.

Active in leading both youth and adult Bible studies, and book clubs Kevin believes very strongly that the church should work for the development of a better community in the sight of God, as well as doing everything within our ability to advance the cause of Christ--not only in our community but in the world at large. His drive stems from His belief in the love and sovereignty of God, and in the Christian’s need for humility and to live and breathe and have our being in the sight of God-doing all for the glory of God.
